Aqua Aerobic is the perfect way of exercising for whoever wants to improve the cardiopulmonary and inspiratory resistance, flexibility and muscles’ strength. Niovi Mara is a swimming coach and the past 12 years is specialized in Aqua Aerobic. She has won the 4th place at the Water Polo European Championship with the Greek National team and 4 Water Polo Greek Championships with the team of NC Vouliagmeni. She is a graduate from the School of Physical Education and Sport Science of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a major in Swimming.
