* ages 12 & 13 will also be allowed in case of swimming athletes with proven races by the swimming association on free style for +400 meters.

Award ceremonies: Age Groups, Men – Women (12*–19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, +70)

Swim 1.5km

The start will be from the water, with athletes positioned before the first red buoy. They will pass the next three red buoys in a clockwise direction before finishing at the arch outside the water. The yellow buoys are for guidance and can be passed on either side (left or right).

In case the Saturday swimming events cannot be held at the designated location, PLAN B will be Asimaki Beach.
