Spiros, the coach of the Saronic Triathlon Club, will help in every way the success of the event. Spyros is a graduate of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in the Department of Physical Education and Sport and holds a Msc degree in the thermoregulation of the body during swimming in the open sea. Also he is a marathon swimmer with successful crossing of Euboean Gulf (2015, 15 km), Saronikos (2016, 80 km), Toronaios Gulf (2016, 26 km), Messiniakos (2017, 30 km) and many triathlon races of different distances (half ironman, olympic distance and sprint distance). As an athlete who has been trained for years in Poros and as coach of the Club, his help will be substantial and multifaceted<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-4\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One more person composing the Porosea 2018 team is Rois Spiros as the coordinator of the local co-ordination.
