They will pass <strong>counterclockwise<\/strong> around the <strong>next three red buoys<\/strong> before returning to the start area. They will <strong>not<\/strong> exit the water; after rounding the red buoy counterclockwise, they will repeat the same course before finally finishing and exiting the water.
