SWIM 3k<\/strong>m<\/strong><\/p>\n

The start will be given outside of the water. The course is 1500m long, completed twice (2 loops), and consists of four (4) red turning buoys and two (2) yellow direction buoys. Athletes will pass the next three buoys on the left before reaching the fourth, which indicates the completion of the first loop and the beginning of the next and last loop. All turns at the red buoys are in a counterclockwise (left handed) direction.\u00a0 The finish is outside of the water on the beach.<\/p>\n
