Athletes : *12+

* ages 12 & 13 will also be allowed in case of swimming athletes with proven races by the swimming association on free style for +400 meters.

Award ceremonies: Age Groups, Men – Women (*12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, +70).

Russian Navy Bay

All the swimming races will be held in one of the most famous bays of Poros, by the verdant Russian Navy with the surviving ruin of the Russian fleet warehouses. The bay is protected by the island of Daskalio, and it has an organized beach, canteen and toilets.

Race course description

The start will be given in-water on the left side of the Russian Naval Station beach. The athletes will pass clockwise (right turn) on the first buoy, passing Daskalio Island on their right and a right turn on the second buoy, before finishing on the right side of the beach.
